Is an intimate collection of twenty-five smartly designed urban dwellings located in Midtown Phoenix. Its architectural character consists of simple yet bold forms organized around inter-connected semi-private resident courtyards. Dwellings consist of seven three-level townhomes, fifteen two-level lofts, and three single-level flats ranging from 560 to 1900 square feet. Unit A - 3 Levels. Unit B - 2 Levels. Unit C - 2 Levels. Unit D - 2 Levels.
